Your statutory redundancy pay depends on your age and years of service: for each full year of service under age 22, you receive 0.5 weeks' pay; between ages 22–40, you receive 1 week's pay; for age 41 and over, you receive 1.5 weeks' pay. Weekly pay is capped at £643 (2025/26) and service is capped at 20 years.
